1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Availability
- All fruits listed on the website are subject to availability based on seasonal and market conditions.
- Images are for representation only. Actual fruit size, colour, and appearance may vary naturally.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute similar items, or discontinue products at any time. Where a substitution is made, we will inform you before dispatch.
3. Orders & Delivery
- We currently deliver to select areas. Delivery eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
- Please ensure all delivery details β name, address, and contact number β are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries due to wrong information provided.
- As fruits are perishable, someone must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery. We are not liable for quality deterioration if a delivery could not be completed due to the customer's unavailability.
- Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Damage claims after delivery are only considered if reported within 24 hours with supporting photographs (see Section 5).
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will be honoured.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of non-payment, incorrect details, pricing errors, or any suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. No Return Policy & Refunds for Damaged Items
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once the order has been delivered.
However, if you receive items that are damaged, rotten, or incorrect, we will make it right:
How to report a damage claim:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 8275706683 within 12Β hours of delivery.
- Your message must include your order number, full name, delivery address, and clear photographs of the damaged items and original packaging.
Refund assessment:
- Our team will review your claim within 1β2 business days. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the photographic evidence provided.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Claims reported after 12 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted without photographs.
- Natural variation in size, colour, ripeness, or taste that does not indicate spoilage.
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of the goods.
To cancel an eligible order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 8275706683Β with your order number. If accepted, a full refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website β including text, images, graphics, logos, and product names β is our property and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We do our best to ensure accurate information and quality service, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
- In the event of technical errors, payment failures, or delivery delays beyond our control, our liability is limited to refunding the payment or replacing the product, wherever applicable.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, place false or fraudulent orders, interfere with our operations, or attempt to alter or exploit the site or its payment systems in any way.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City].
